Die Kryokonservierung von Spermien ist eine weit verbreitete Methode, die erfolgreich angewendet wird und sich durch hohe Überlebensraten von Spermien nach dem Auftauen auszeichnet.
Die Samenprobe wird nach Verarbeitung und unter Einsatz geeigneter Kryoprotektiva in flüssigem Stickstoff (-196° C) gelagert und kann zu einem zweiten Zeitpunkt immer dann gebraucht werden, wenn sich das Paar es wünscht.
Indikationen:
wenn der Ehemann nicht beim IVF-Prozess anwesend sein kann, um das Verfahren zu erleichtern.
vor Beginn einer Chemotherapie oder einer Operation. Diese Faktoren können auf die Zahl und / oder Qualität der Spermien auswirken.
Die Probenlagerzeit beträgt fünf Jahre und kann durch schriftlichen Antrag des Berechtigten verlängert werden.
We hereby inform you that “IAKENTRO”, as a Medically Assisted Reproduction Unit (MAR Unit), will cease its operations, completing a successful 30-year course. The Cryopreservation Bank of our Unit will be transferred with absolute safety by a certified carrier of biological materials to the premises of the MAR Unit “ASSISTING NATURE AE”, located in Pylaia (2 G. Kranidioti Street), where it will be stored.
